Dancing into Active Hope- Webinar
Apr 14 @ 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm BST$80 – $120
Introducing ‘Dancing into Active Hope’
Dates: 14 April, 7-8pm BST (UK time)
Facilitated by Margo van Greta and Sharon Took-Zozaya
Active Hope is a practice that cultivates our ability to respond to the challenges of our life and our world. “How to face the mess we’re in without going crazy” is the subtitle of the Active Hope book by Joanna Macy and Chris Johnstone. Translating the stages of Active Hope into mindful movement can increase its impact and lead to increased self-awareness, stability, resilience and empowerment to act for the greater good in our own lives and in the wider world. During this webinar we focus on the theme of gratitude, a quality that cultivates our resilience.
This is an introduction to a 4 week online course Dancing into Active Hope, starting 21 April. Check here for details
The suggested donation for this webinar is between £15-5. However, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please donate generously within your means but feel free to join us even if you can’t contribute financially.
