Event Overview
The Earth Leadership Cohort (ELC) program offers young leaders in their twenties and early thirties an opportunity to experience the groundbreaking Work That Reconnects first hand and gain tools and experience to share this kind of work with their own communities.
After taking a number of years off, the ELC facilitation team will be offering another cohort this fall. The application period is now open for ELC VI and the deadline to apply June 30th!
Five Earth Leadership Cohorts took place between 2014 and 2019. The ELC facilitation team did not offer any cohorts during the height of the Covid 19 pandemic and then took several years off for parental leave. We are delighted to now be gathering a sixth Earth Leadership Cohort in fall 2025!
ELC VI is a cumulative experience that grows over time and combines a series of two in-person long weekends (Oct. 17-19 and Oct 31-Nov 3) and a third and final session online (Nov. 16).
