WELCOME!
This is an invitation to dive into the power of gratitude for personal and collective wellbeing and “close” the year with an expanded heart.
In this 90 min online gathering we will focus on practices to connect us with a genuine felt-sense of gratitude, exploring ways of tapping into it and enjoy the effect it has on our bodies, minds and hearts!
Key components: meditation, self-reflection, dialogue, deep listening.
This workshop is subject to a minimum of 9 participants and a maximum of 16.
It will be held in ZOOM.

WORKSHOP FEE: subject to sliding scale in order to fit different financial realities (anything in between EURO 20 and 10 – same in USD)

FACILITATOR
Daniela Tablado is an inner work facilitator. She designs and facilitates group processes using different methodologies and practices for transformation and empowerment, as well as provides individual guidance. She is a nomadic soul, born on the island of Tenerife Spain, currently living in Catuluña. She facilitates regular in-person and online WTR workshops, Flow Games, Women Circles focused on mindfulness and self-compassion as well as an ongoing leadership for sustainable societies course. She’s also co-creating a soon-to-be-launched online educational platform called The New Earth School
