About the Work that Reconnects: this work offers us a place of support in times of great change. Humanity faces unprecedented challenges and our commitment to a livable future needs our deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all life. We will share practices that help us remember, experience and celebrate this wonderful belonging to the Web of Life. In doing so we can embrace the vitality that is present in this moment, also in these times when we see life hanging in the balance. How can we be human in a way that honors all beings? This is an invitation to explore this in the presence of our kin.
The spiral offers us a solid and profound framework to explore our deep belonging and care for the world. Starting from gratitude we feel the nourishment of this ancient practice of giving thanks. Creating a safe space lets us be fully present for all the feelings that live inside us and open for our pain for the world. Witnessing and supporting each other in this often lonely place is liberating, empowering. Seeing with new eyes shows us ways to tap into the wisdom of many traditions, our ancestors and kin, thus we strengthen our awareness beyond our species and widen our experience of time. Here we breathe deep time and deep ecology. And coming to the fourth step of the spiral we harvest our gifts and look deeply at what is needed from us in these times. We let our deep longing speak to fuel us, to be present for the changes we want to see in our daily lives, the world, in honor of all beings.
We stay in a beautiful farmhouse. We have shared rooms, with 2, 3 or 4 people and communal bathrooms. Our place is 5km from the sea near Harlingen.
We gather Friday afternoon for a light meal at 6 pm. The workshop starts Friday 7 pm and continues into the Saturday evening, and will end around 4.30 pm on Sunday.
Exchange: € 320 standard, € 395 supporting. Scholarships Yes, There are some supported fees available if needed. Included in the investment are the course fee, two nights stay (bedding, towel included) and all delicious home made vegan and biological meals by Zoe Saraswati.
