What is ours to do? What medicine is contained in the story only we can tell?
What wisdom do our dreams hold?
How do we know we’re never alone, but instead always held – by the ancestors,
by untapped collective hunger of humanity, by the more-than-human world?
In order to more fully offer ourselves in service to the world, we must recognize the threads of truth that have all along been pointing us to our own becoming. Those truths point us directly to our purpose. Our purpose is solely ours to embrace and embody. When we know our purpose, and navigate our lives from a Soul-aligned place, we are infused with energy and others are magnetized towards us as they can see our strong connection to our true roots.
Following the Spiral journey of the Work That Reconnects, practices and guidance will be curated to support participants in growing connection with the truth that they were meant to embody in this world. Together and during solo time, we will explore our own unique ways of relating with and being in the world, uncover the roadblocks that hinder true expression, and build emotional resilience and authenticity. As we learn to receive guidance and support of Soul, we begin to move through life from a place of gratitude that also acknowledges the challenges we face, while maintaining a sense of balance and purpose.
Meetings and practices include guidance, meditations, voice dialogue, imagery work, guided visualizations, and earth-based and embodiment practices, all designed to support participants in recognizing and building a deep-seated relationship with Soul. Through a soul-aligned relationship, we recognize that we can be guided by a truth that is distinct from ego – distinct from everyday grasping and clinging to what may not be our truth, but which we recognize as the external expectations from society or family as to who we should become.
The Soul Journey is not a one-size-fits-all experience, but entirely unique to each individual. During each session we work together to hone in on the practices that work best for our own experience, so that participants can build a strong and lasting relationship with soul.
This is a 4-month journey. Trusting that those who gather are those with whom we are meant to journey – timing will be based on the needs of the group.
✨ 9 community-based sessions for the shared experience of practice, building of intimacy and trust, and depth of connection through the unfolding of your personal journey
✨ 3 personal guiding sessions with Frieda to reflect on, and deepen your unique journey and the call of your mythopoetic identity
✨ 3 buddy sessions to receive and offer mirroring in the presence of another journeyer
✨ 9 modules of curriculum including reading, self-paced creative and experiential home practices, writing prompts for reflection and to maintain connection and deepen the process between sessions
✨ An 8-hour SoulQuest/solo day on the land, held with support throughout the day from departure to return
✨ Additional support between meetings as needed via email and group chat.
This offering is held in the lineage of Joanna Macy’s teaching and will follow the Spiral of the Work That Reconnects.
This journey is intimate in nature and is intended for those who long to immerse in a deep dive to more fully connect with their own soul path. This cohort will be limited to 8 participants.
