Begin radiating out that quality to your surroundings, into the room, into the group, into the world .…
Allow yourself to spontaneously make a gesture, or a posture, expressing that feeling. Repeat the gesture. Feel into the posture. Do this for a few minutes.
Then relax that concentration, and return your attention to the here and now, and to the group.
