WTR Facilitator Rebekah Hart on Our Pain for the World; Discussions in Eco-Grief

In honor of Earth Day 2022, SEL360 (Connected for mental health) interviewed Rebekah Hart, psychotherapist, couple and family therapist, creative arts therapist, and facilitator of the Work that Reconnects. Rebekah shares about her work with people experiencing eco-grief, what it is, how it impacts us, and how we can work through it constructively. In this discussion we talk not only about eco-grief, but also the Work that Reconnects, activism and social movement, and our interconnectedness to the world and to each other. If you’ve ever had questions about eco-grief, also commonly known as eco-anxiety, we recommend this video as a great place to start!
