Alex Ioannou

I am a psychotherapist and facilitator from Thessaloniki, Greece. I have an MA in Dramaterapy from Roehampton University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Biology and River Ecology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a BA in World Performance from East 15 Acting School. As a therapist I have a special interest in working with people who are diagnosed with life-limiting or terminal illnesses, bereaved or in a dying process, people living with and seeking resolution from trauma, as well as people going through spiritual crisis/emergency.

I am particularly interested in the intersections of ecology and mythology, physical/mental health and environmental health, cultural and personal healing, the somatic and the imaginal, grief and beauty. The Work that Reconnects as a modality crosses all of these bridges elegantly. I really like rivers as well as growing my own vegetables.
