I love working with individuals and groups to help access and deepen the experience of interdependence, interbeing and our relationship with Mother Earth. I love rivers especially and have spent several years campaigning to protect the Peace River (in north-eastern British Columbia) from a dam. In my work with people and groups, I pay particular attention to places where energy may be blocked or dammed, and listen for ways participants' own embodied wisdom wants to move to restore flow. I combine the Work that Reconnects with the practice of inward focusing and listening, and inner-directed movement. I hold the space open for culturally-appropriate ritual that may emerge in the moment from participants' own deep process. I work in a way that is trauma-informed and culturally aware.
