Hello, I’m a yoga teacher, movement guide, deep nature connection mentor and deep ecology/ work that reconnects facilitator.

I blend movement, mindfulness in nature and deep ecology to create soul-nourishing retreats, workshops and courses that reconnect us to our aliveness and interconnectedness with the living world, the web of life.

I have a background in direct action - including for Sea Shepherd Conservation Society in the Southern Ocean anti-whaling campaigns.

In my capacity as a deep ecology facilitator, I have worked with organisations such as the NSW Greens, Extinction Rebellion and Macleay Living Sustainably, to bolster regenerative culture, cultivate wellbeing, strengthen resilience and build authentic connections within groups.

Why I am called to facilitate the Work

Whether I have been a participant or a facilitator of the Work That Reconnects, I have found so much solace and connection that I may not have even been conscious was a missing ingredient in my life. I have found solace in all the levels of connection the Work gives space to – community, the web of life, ancestry, deep time and self. Anything like this, that I find precious and beautiful, I want to share.

How I see the Work serving the Great Turning

From my perspective I see the Work healing the maladies of our current global dilemmas, through getting to the root – that is our disconnection from the earth and the village and our fellow earthlings.

Audiences I work with
