I have been working as coach and facilitator for 20 years, helping people and organizations to produce collective intelligence.
For me, Work that Reconnects is an essential key to human resilience.
I love acting in an integrative manner, combining WTR with U theory (Otto Scharmer), Sociodrama (JL Moreno), spiral dynamics (Don Beck, Chris Cowan), Playback theater (Jonathan Fox and Jo Salas) and any other inspiring model or method.
Why I am called to facilitate the Work
I work as group facilitator and coach for 20 years. In my activities, Actions Methods from J.L. Moreno (psychodrama and sociodrama) give my a methodological approach to put individuals and groups in action, while maintaining the safety. Thus, I trust the process and love stimulating the collective intelligence to enable people finding their solutions.
I have been asking myself how I could serve and help create a better world, knowing what is at stake for our planet. When I discovered the Work that Reconnects, I thought that I had finally found how I could contribute! This wonderful spiral was the natural step for me to take. Now I am filled with gratitude, each time I can facilitate Work That Reconnects and watch the effects of the spiral.
How I see the Work serving the Great Turning
I deeply think that the Work That Reconnects is a key to reducing eco-anxiety. It could be deployed as a common healthy practice for everybody. Furthermore, attending a Work That Reconnects workshop provides us with a time for reconnection with ourselves, with other human beings and with the rest of the web of life. It is like coming back to the essentials that we might have forgotten. In addition, Work That Reconnects might help us develop a new collective awareness that will nourish our evolution.
I can regularly observe that Work That Reconnects produces joy, solidarity, anchoring and engagement. We definitely need those forces for the Great Turning!
