I completed my first 7-day training in The Work that Reconnects in 2016 and currently use these practices in my yoga classes, retreats and manual therapy sessions.
I am planning a by-donation, monthly gathering in the Ottawa area for activists, caregivers and others who are burning out from working so hard and believing they have to hold their fear, grief and anger alone.

Audiences I work with

I often work with women in retreat settings. I intend to offer the Work to activists and caregivers who are dealing with burn-out.
In my daily work life I see a wide range of clients

Experience facilitating other events & workshops

What year did you begin facilitating the Work That Reconnects?
I bring nearly 20 years of facilitating yoga, movement and meditation for a diversity of groups.
I have also spent years working in organic farming, non-profit (mental health advocacy) and am currently a registered massage therapist.
