I'm a biologist with a PhD in microbiology, passionate about the micro-connections in nature and the beauty of the small beings. I'm also a yoga teacher and tibetan buddhist practitioner interested in the integration among body, mind and emotions.
I first encountered the WTR in 2019 and I've attended a 10-day immersion with Adrián Villasenor in Brazil that same year. Since then, I've studied the books Coming Back to Life and Active Hope in an on-line learning community which I am a co-facilitator.
I merge my experience as a biologist with the systems theory as presented by Joanna Macy and the contemplative and WTR practices in my facilitations.
