I'm grateful and excited to be a member of the facilitator's network. Despair and Empowerment workshops saved me when I was a despairing returned Witness for Peace Volunteer (Nicaragua, 1987) and newly credentialed art therapist in need of empowerment. Today, the Work That Reconnects nourishes me more than ever and I'm committed to sharing it. As an artist, I'm intrigued with images that reflect my spiritual experience; as a therapist, I strive to empower people to make lasting change by focusing on creativity and resilience; and as a WTR facilitator, I'm interested combining my image-making and therapy experience to enhance folks' experience of the spiral of the WTR. IntuitEarth deep ecology workshops, DEAR WORLD, and the Be Heard Now listening installation are vehicles that foster connection, creativity, and empowerment as they invite exploration of the Spiral of the WTR. I work out of the gift economy. I practice Surat Shabd Yoga and I live way out in the Arkansas Ozarks near the Buffalo River.
