Holly Ebony (she/her)
I'm a prolific songwriter, passionate and intuitive singer and compassionate vocal leader dedicating my gifts to serenading Earth.
Rooted in South Devon where I live off-grid with my partner and our home educated young daughter as custodians to a small woodland. I'm forging community with other singers, human and otherwise to create song-centred sacred celebration of Earth with intention to generate a resonant invocation of thriving life.
I run The Feral Chorus unchoir and Wild Birds Singing weekly woodland family singing sessions around a campfire.
Having always lived in the edges and hedgerows, I have a deeply rooted connection to the land and love to share my awe and adoration of being a living part of this phenomenal Earth.
My work feels most alive at the intersection of voice work and nature connection and this is increasingly what I tend to in my offerings.
In celebrating and serenading Earth, we generate reciprocal benefits. In this moment when Earth is in crisis, it feels timely to dedicate attention to that mutual thriving.
Since my life was graced by the discovery of Joanna's beatiful teachings and body of work, for the past year I've been training in The Work That Reconnects with an online group of developing facilitators lead by Lydia Violet of Music As Medicine and I'm launching my new offering, Singing The Spiral- A weekend workshop vocalising The Work That Reconnects in May 2020.
