Janna DiamondEvolutionary Somatic Practice

Photo of Janna Diamond

Janna Diamond, ACCEP, is a somatic practitioner working at the intersection of trauma healing, culture building, and the climate crisis. Her body of work focuses on cultivating inner resources for collective evolution. She has a private therapeutic practice, consults with environmental leaders and organizations, and leads groups internationally.

Why I am called to facilitate the Work

As a somatic therapist and consciousness teacher, my work is devoted to embodied personal and collective healing for planetary evolution. The Work The Reconnects is a foundational body of practice and catalyst for awareness-building in these days, and has been monumental in shaping my learning and path of service.

I love working with groups, group dynamics, and what is most present in the space. Creating an environment for folks to feel safe enough to bring more of themselves is vital. Any container I hold brings a trauma-informed and nervous system attuned lens, and a commitment to transformation.

How I see the Work serving the Great Turning

The Work offers us a guide in a time of no maps. It provides a spiral to lean into and on that can expand our capacity to meet ourselves and the challenges of being alive now. It can help us create space to feel our deep heartbreak and love for this world, while supporting us to emerge more whole, grounded, and open to receive life in its wholeness.

Audiences I work with

Therapists and healing practitioners, activists, community organizers, the Jewish community, and sensitive humans of all kinds

Experience facilitating other events & workshops

I have led and assisted group workshops on couples work and relational intimacy, energy and consciousness, and death and dying, alongside more general work to grow our human capacity for more inner freedom, trauma-healing, and possibility.
