Jayachitta HartleinPlay of Now

Photo of Jaya Hartlein

I have followed a Buddhist practice since 1981, and also for many years have engaged in body-based and shamanic methods to explore our connectedness with each other and with the world around.

I use physical theatre, improvisation, clown and meditation as resources for a rich spiritual life, based on embodied experience, reflection and play. In the spirit of play we can discover more about the way none of us is ever separate from each other, or from the world around.

Recently, inspired by the Ecosattva Training, I have been engaging with people in nature, researching ways to come to a new way of relating, based on respect and listening to the world.

For more about me, please see: https://www.playofnow.com/about-jaya

I look forward to connecting!
