Jessica Serrante is a Brooklyn based Life and Leadership Coach for climate activists and Co-Founder of the Radical Support Collective. Her mission (and RSC’s) is to support changemakers to be nourished by their life and work rather than burning out and do work that truly lights them up. Jess has been a climate activist since 2007 and has worked as a digital and grassroots organizer at organizations including Greenpeace and Rainforest Action Network. She is a trainer, facilitator and teacher with a decade of experience leading and supporting groups of activists. Jess holds a Masters Degree in Theories of Urban Practice from Parsons School of Design, where she studied urban climate resilience. She is a professionally certified coach and seminar leader with the Academy for Coaching Excellence with over 600 hours of coaching experience. She is also a student and facilitator of Joanna Macy’s The Work That Reconnects. Jess is passionate about poetry, systems thinking, community building and aims to live her life as an answer to the question: What does it mean to live meaningfully amid the climate crisis?
