Over the last 4 decades you find juli with students and teachers in classrooms, nature's un-rooms, dialogue circles, 'work-play-activist' shops, community spaces, youth groups or most often of late, on Durag land, in the Blue Mountains of  Australia, co creating community resilience.

She is most at home in a share circle and should any of you find yourselves in Katoomba, come and join juli and community at a Communal Share Space https://www.wildspace.net.au/communalspace/ . You will find a deep listener, a co-learning teacher who plays, explores and works with people to uncover as Joanna says, 'the voice they most need to hear- their own'.

In 2016 she co-founded wildspace, encouraging the spirit of collaboration, questioning and experimentation; a place open to all who wish to learn and teach, to gather and contribute towards greater individual, community and planetary wellbeing. Juli has been blessed to train with Joanna, Annie, Mutima and John Seed. WTR is the foundation of her work.

Assorted workshops are held regularly throughout the year in the Blue Mountains in Australia and can be arranged elsewhere.

What's a workshop like? We are oft told that stepping into our workplay activist workshops is akin to being warmly invited into what could be one's authentic home space; a family-like belonging from the opening simple breath work standing on the land- at once both uniquely personal and creatively collaborative. People feel deeply held in their vulnerability, in a shared stark honesty.

If there is intrigue, delight or curiosity to know more, contact us at [email protected] We'd love to learn alongside you at one of our workplay workshops.

Audiences I work with

Wildspace is a multigenerational community learning place. Working with broad ranges of ages and stages has peppered my work over 40 yrs.
Currently we work predominantly with 16-35 year olds.

Experience facilitating other events & workshops

What year did you begin facilitating the Work That Reconnects?
12 two day workshops at our community hub wild space in Australia's Northern Rivers region.

A network meeting regularly - fortnightly/ monthly - to maintain the momentum of the workshops. Pre-requisite to join the network is participation in a 2 day WTR workshop- ours or held elsewhere. In network meets we dream up, plan and join local activist groups, study books, explore films and support one another to understand and act upon the Great Unravelling- Great Turning
