The Work that Reconnects workshops and, ultimately, facilitator training gave me support, tools, and resources for continuing with my work in this world of connecting people to themselves, each other and the Earth, maintaining hope. I have a rich twenty-five year history in guiding/teaching/facilitating individuals and groups. I am a Work that Reconnects facilitator, Restorative Justice facilitator, coach and consultant, graduate of the Hakomi Method, (mindfulness based somatic therapy) and a Mindfulness Educator. Following the WTR spiral, I blend environmental/outdoor education and mindfulness, body-centered practices into my workshops, tending to the needs of the group.
