Hello, WTR! I'm Lalia.

On Dezember 2019 I became a yoga teacher and since then been promoting yoga online groups due to quarantine. What I did not expected was to receive a great and rising number of new followers, excited with the idea of learning yoga and meditation.

I've been looking for guidance to became more confident on my speaking skills. Since I was a kid I've been researching on religion, but only now at my 20s I started to meditate and learn more about buddhism.

It has been amazing! I am so happy to work with something that actually brings change into my life and in extension to people around me. When I first got a guidance on Gaia's meditation with Lia Brandão it was so touching, so similar with my vegan ideas on how to connect again with nature.

Really hope to be soon a facilitator of this great work.
