Mairi StonesChange Is Always Possible

Photo of Mairi Stones

Hi I'm Mairi, it's a Scottish name pronounced marry. I live on the beautiful west coast of Scotland where I love walking and lying in the woods, swimming in the sea and solitary walks along the shoreline.
I am gardening using permaculture and forest gardening ideas creating a gorgeous edible landscape around my home.
I work as a therapist facilitating my clients to find the root emotional causes of their mental of emotional dis-ease. This work arises out of my own healing journey and the amazing things it has taught me. I am particularly thankful for find energy psychology techniques and tools which helps shift long held limiting beliefs, what a blessing.
My beautiful soul friend Annie and I have been facilitating the work almost every month for the past few years. 💚
