My first experience with The Work that Reconnects was in December of 2007, a week long intensive with Joanna Macy. As a psychotherapist moving into partial retirement I was looking for more creative work with groups. My experience that week propelled me into an awesome new world of facilitating the Work that Reconnects in day long workshops, as well as weekend retreats. As a therapist I have specialized in guided imagery for peace and healing, as well as creativity in the form of art and music, and spirituality. I have been able to live more fully into my gifts in these areas, by turning back to the interests of my youth, social justice and eco justice. Being able to work more with groups continually reminds me of the power and the wisdom of the group.
