Niharika Sanyal

Niharika’s passion lies in empowering people to discover their authentic purpose. A certified Purpose Guide™, she graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with an Ed.M in Human Development & Psychology, and is training as an Academic Associate with the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy. Formerly an architect, she went on to co-teach high-schoolers in gifted education programs and serve as a helpline volunteer in Boston, before finding her calling in purpose-learning. She now runs her own practice as a Purpose Guide™, guiding career-transitioners/change-makers to live their most authentic lives. As a Youth Leadership Coach and Facilitator, she offers transformational leadership programs for young people to nurture self-awareness, empathy and purpose.
