Pernille PlantenerBusinessByHeart

I am self-employed as mediator, trainer and coach. I do project work and facilitating change for individuals, NGO s and companies. I am climate activist and run a workshop and perma-culture demonstration site with my wife.

Originally trained in organic farming and agricultural engineering, I've become Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication since 2011, Certified Coach since 2012, practitioner of Resonant Healing work and years' training in Interpersonal Neurobiology and trauma psychology. I believe the current crises stems from human trauma and we need to overcome fear and separation as individuals and communities, and work simultaneously on holding and healing the world.
