Postgraduate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Postgraduate in Mindfulness Based Approaches (Teaching Pathway), Certificate in Counselling. Currently working within the NHS, as a Primary Care Mental Health Support Service Operational Lead.

Based in Gwent, South Wales and experienced at working in and with voluntary organisations.

I have experience of organising and facilitating courses in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Moodmaster and Living Life to the Full. I Teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as delivering bespoke Introduction to Mindfulness course to professional groups within the NHS and in other sectors. Additionally, Trustee of Meddwlgarwch Cymru / Mindfulness Wales charity and a Masters Research student at Bangor University.
