I'm a daughter of the mountains, raised in so called 'Utah' on stolen Shoshone, Ute and Goshute lands. My earliest friends were the moose, the elk, sagebrush, gamble oak, aspen and pine. I'm deeply inspired by the wisdom of yoga, permaculture, herbalism, and ayurveda. I love to learn, to create art, create song, create community and sow seeds of reconnection. I'm fascinated by dream work, earth-based spiritual practices and indigenous knowledge and reconnecting to our ancestors. I find solace and belonging in the outdoors, in the song of the wind and rays of the sun.
