I have now reached a point where I am seeking to pursue a focused authentic lifestyle that puts emphasis on the integrative nature of spirit, mind, and body as manifest through compassion, open-heartedness, awareness, mindfulness and serving others!

As part of my global sojourn, I have seen much suffering and joy, wealth and poverty, hatred and love, disease and health, but the common denominator has always been ignorance (lack of mindfulness). Ignorance based upon prejudice, fear and loathing. Underpinning this ignorance was a deep sense of (spiritual/energy) loss, hurt and rejection. Thus, it is through undertaking both formal and personal/transformative study that I wish to understand the processes, individual and collective, that will assist in the harmonization of human actions guided through awareness and mindfulness leading to the realization of the well-being (healthy) of the mind-body-spirit of individuals and the Earth.
