Join Gaia Ashram for the intensive residential Mindful Facilitation for Empowerment (Training of Trainers). Held at the beautiful Wongsanit Ashram in Thailand from September 26th – October 11th, 2026, this special program honors the profound legacy and decades of teaching by the late Pracha Hutanuwatra and Jane Rasbash.

Special Program Highlight: Deep Ecology & The Work That Reconnects (WTR)
Our curriculum fully integrates Joanna Macy’s pioneering WTR learning process. Throughout the journey, we will focus on connecting deeply with our inner selves and the living Earth, as the foundation of Mindful Facilitation. Together, we will practice holding safe spaces to honor the pain of our world through the sacred ritual of the Truth Mandala and also partake in several other activities. For existing or aspiring WTR practitioners, this training will equip you with the embodied skills needed to confidently facilitate your own Deep Ecology and Work That Reconnects workshops.

Who is Pracha Hutanuwatra?
Pracha Hutanuwatra was an engaged Buddhist activist, social critic, new paradigm leadership trainer and mentor. Pracha established the intensive Training of Trainers where participants gain skills, concepts and attitudes to work in their local communities, appropriately identifying needs and actions with the local people towards sustainable, regenerative futures.
Our dear teacher and mentor Pracha Hutanuwatra passed away on 13 May 2023. He has left behind a huge legacy in the many students, colleagues and friends whose lives he inspired to ‘be the change’.
