Invitation
We will hold space for what arises in us when we contact the pain of our times. Grief, anger, fear, loss can be felt, expressed, witnessed, and sometimes transformed. We then cross a threshold together, a space opens for us to reconnect with renewed energy to participate in the flourishing of all life. We will also explore the power of ritual for our individual journeys.Â
Drawing on Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects, we will enter Deep Time, expanding beyond our limited sense of self and the narrow frame of clock time. And remember our place within the living web of life – human, more-than-human, ancestral and cosmic.
Re-membering the power of ritual
Ritual creates a liminal space: a threshold between what was and what is yet to come. It gives us permission to slow down, to honour what is present, and to create space for something new to emerge.
It also offers space for connection: between ourselves and the more-than-human world, between the visible and the invisible, between our individual lives and something much larger than ourselves. Through ritual, we can remember that we are part of a living web of relationship – human, more-than-human, ancestral and cosmic.
Dropping into Deep Time
Together, we will also enter into a wider sense of time. Beyond the concerns of the present moment, we will listen towards those who came before us and those who will come after us, touching a story that extends far beyond our individual lives.

This retreat is for those who feel deeply touched by the beauty of our living Earth as well as by the pain of our times.

Space holders
Held by Karen Birch, co-founder of Neos: facilitator in self-mastery, nature connection, energy healing and ceremony, and Daniela Tablado: inner work, meditation, Deep Ecology practitioner and facilitator.
Together, they bring experience in holding space for deep inner transformation, embodied practice, ritual and nature connection.

Time in the wilderness. Just being, walking, sensing and connecting with the living earth embracing us. With 1000 acres of nature and sacred places to explore.

Gentle somatic and embodied practices to land in the body, feel what is present, and allow movement to arise naturally. Space for cultivating stillness and deep presence.
03 | Heart Circle practice
Facilitated space for deep heart enquiry and authentic expression, for being witness to what is already being sensed, and cultivating more powerful human connection.
04 | Silence & integration
Moments to slow down, listen more deeply and allow deeper layers of wisdom to emerge. Spaciousness to metabolize what has unfolded and carry the experience back into everyday life.
