Eternal Song Film Discussion
November 20, 2026 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am PST
Event Overview
This event is part of a special film screening and discussion series hosted by the WTR Network Social Justice committee. This series offers the WTR Network community an opportunity to watch the remarkable films created by our friends at SAND (Science and Nonduality) and then gather, reflect and engage in meaningful dialogue inspired by the films. Learn more about the entire series here.Â
The Eternal Song is the first in the 13-film documentary series that explores our role as humans within the Living Earth by featuring a wide range of different Indigenous communities from around the world. This first film is an introduction to the people featured in the subsequent films. It opens a portal into the ancestral wisdom of these cultures, calling us to remember, grieve, heal, and act. In this film, voices from across generations and traditions invite us to witness the enduring scars of colonization on lands and peoples, and the healing pathways carried through ancestral wisdom.Â

The Eternal Song invites us into a space of remembrance, honouring Indigenous resilience and sacred wisdom, while bearing witness to the intergenerational trauma of colonization, cultural erasure, and ongoing inequities. This exquisite film echoes the threads we explore in the WTR: honoring our pain for the world, reconnecting with the Earth, and listening for what is alive within and around us.
We warmly invite you to watch The Eternal Song full-length film online in your own time before coming together for a community reflection and discussion. Together, we will explore our place within the long lineage of human life with Earth with humility and care, and gently support the work of collective healing — within ourselves, our communities, and our relationship with the Earth.
Join us for a live community reflection and discussion (1.5 hr) – held at two different times to accommodate all time zones
