Each month, this community practice group moves through the Spiral of the Work that Reconnects (WTR), diving deeply into one core practice per session. Leilani Navar, host of Turning Season Podcast, facilitates. All are welcome. Feel free to join once, or many times. Leilani facilitates this circle within the Inside Transformation community, which is dedicated to supporting people who are traversing the long arc of healing, growth, and awakening.
Many members of the Inside Transformation community engage with consciousness-shifting practices as catalysts in the transformational process, such as plant medicines, breathwork, movement practices, meditation, and nature immersion. WTR practices, too, serve to help us shift our consciousness. They help us unblock and express our truth, open to new information, expand our identities and experience the ecological self, try on new perspectives, and re-member ourselves within this web of life.
Registration is on a “pay what you can” basis. The suggested contribution is $25. You are welcome to join with a minimum contribution of $12, and you can choose any amount above that.
