Work that Reconnects Community Circle: Ongoing Open Practice Group
March 11, 2026 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am PDT
Event Overview
Each month, this community practice group moves through the Spiral of the Work that Reconnects (WTR), diving deeply into one core practice per session. Leilani Navar, host of Turning Season Podcast, facilitates. All are welcome, no experience or prior participation necessary. Feel free to join once, or many times. Leilani facilitates this circle within the Inside Transformation community, which is dedicated to supporting people who are traversing the long arc of healing, growth, and awakening.
Many members of the Inside Transformation community engage with consciousness-shifting practices as catalysts in the transformational process, such as plant medicines, breathwork, movement practices, meditation, and nature immersion. WTR practices, too, serve to help us shift our consciousness. They help us unblock and express our truth, open to new information, expand our identities and experience the ecological self, try on new perspectives, and re-member ourselves within this web of life.
Registration is on a “pay what you can” basis. The suggested contribution is $25. You are welcome to join with a minimum contribution of $12, and you can choose any amount above that.
Kind words from participants:
“The first time I came across Leilani’s Work That Reconnects (WTR) community circle … I felt genuinely welcomed, and able to arrive at my own pace. With Leilani’s grounded presence and facilitation, the circle felt playful, alive, and surprisingly easy to step into. What stayed with me from WTR was how difficult feelings — which can feel hard to bring in many other spaces — were welcomed and held here. I would warmly recommend this space to anyone feeling confused about the world, and looking for a place — and like-minded humans — to explore and connect.”
– Fengmei L., California
“I greatly appreciate Leilani’s facilitation skills. From her profound well of experience as somatic practitioner and group facilitator she finds ways to ignite a lively and embodied connection among participants. These online circles support me in embodying ever more deeply to live from a place of deep connection and love. It feels uplifting to meet with people from near and far and encourage each other in all our different and unique ways to make our contributions to the Great Turning. The online circles are places of communal practice that leave me feeling nourished and help me stay engaged in my everyday life and in the ways I show up in my local community.”
– Anne M., Germany
“I have so much appreciation for the attention Leilani brings to the Work That Reconnects, and her skill in tending to the space she holds. I’ve attended all 4 stages in the spiral that forms the framework of WTR with Leilani and experienced the benefit of her facilitation, which allows for authentic expression of thoughts and emotions that deepen our connection to one another.”
