We are a group of Work That Reconnects facilitators that get together online monthly to talk about deescalating patterns of harm and liberation from systems of oppression in Work That Reconnects facilitation. From time to time we develop opportunities for the wider community to be in learning together on these topics through various documents and practice sessions. We have provided input on updating framing (i.e. The Three Stories of Our Time) and practices with an anti-oppression lens. This effort began with a group of facilitators in the United States, and has expanded to include participants from England, Scotland, France and Israel. We welcome participants from around the world to join our work.
