The Work That Reconnects Network is ten years old!

For the past decade, the WTR Network has been a space where we come together to deepen our work, hold each other through grief and gratitude, and weave a future rooted in connection.

Whether you have just discovered the Work That Reconnects, or have been walking this path for years, we invite you to help us celebrate our 10-year anniversary!

On June 13 and 14, we celebrated with a vibrant tapestry of offerings and connection with our global community.

On July 18 and 19, we offered two WTR Spiral experiences for our Network Members. These deeply nourishing and interactive practice experiences were co-facilitated by a wonderful group of some of our most active and committed Facilitator Members.

As the year continues, our members will have the opportunity to participate in additional special events and learning experiences designed to nurture their wellbeing in these challenging times and support empowered action within the Great Turning. We encourage you to become a member today so you can join us for these. We also have an inspiring lineup of events that are open to the public in our Webinars and Conversation Cafe Program.

During this important threshold moment, we are also honoring the life of our beloved root teacher, Joanna Macy, who passed away on July 19, 2025. Joanna dedicated her life to nurturing the Work That Reconnects as a gift to the world. The WTR Network is committed to continuing giving that gift to the world by providing ongoing support, connection and inspiration to the global Work That Reconnects community. If you feel moved to help us carry on her legacy, you’re invited to make a donation in her honor.

What is the WTR Network?

The Work That Reconnects Network is a global community of facilitators, emerging facilitators and people inspired by the Work in service to the Great Turning.

In its first ten years, the WTR Network has grown from a few dedicated volunteers in the USA to a global community with diverse interconnecting webs. It has been a space where we come together to deepen our work, hold each other through grief and gratitude, and weave a future rooted in connection.
